Office and Switchboard Positive pressure filter unit for dust prevention
Filquip supplies office and switchboard positive pressuisation filter units which include inertial cyclone pre-removal of the dust from the air. Our units can be used for Electrical cabinet pressurisation to prevent dust ingress in some of the dustiest environments such as quarries and mine sites.
Our units have the following features:
- 3 phase power pressurisation fan with dampner valve for throttling.
- Sound dampening vanes through the unit flow path to reduce noise transfer.
- Inertial cyclone dust separation cell to remove 90% of the dust from the quarry air and eject it before the air is then further filtered to a F9 rating, this significantly reduces the number of consumable filters used per annum.
