Filquip provides a short radius wear bends with TOREX patented geometry enabling diversion of the flow of the material at minimum wear.

The Extrabend short radius Pipe Elbows are manufactured from a one-piece SINT engineering polymer cast. The body cavity next to the point of diversion generates an internal turbulence of the material which protects the pipe elbow from wear caused by the material travelling through the duct.

Filquip provides a long radius wear bends made from patented WAM SINT engineering polymer cast around a helicoid spring core. The symmetric nature of the wear bends allows them to be mounted in reverse when they begin to show signs of wear from abrasive materials.

The Extracurve wear bend is a highly elastic, wide radius Pipe Bend manufactured from a one-piece SINT engineering polymer, cast with a helicoid spring core.

  • Wide material impact zone.

    The Torex GT Pipe Coupling has been designed to join together two pipes with plain ends in a safe, quick and rigid manner.

    GT Pipe Couplings consist of two cast iron casings with heavy-duty jaws to secure the pipes together. The two semi-casings are joined together by strong bolts and nuts positioned on the two ends and the seal is created by gaskets made from EPDM or food-grade SILICONE.

  • Sizing from 40mm to 200mm in diameter.
  • Suitable for all positive pressure pneumatic and vacuum conveying.
  • -0.5 Bar Negative Operating pressure rated.
  • +7 bar Positive Operating pressure rated.
  • Operating Temperature from -40 Deg C to + 110 Deg C
